Welcome to Reformed Church Home…

We are a mission-driven, non-profit Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Sub-Acute Rehab Facility. Co-locating these services in one facility provides an opportunity for residents to age in place. It also allows us to accomodate couples with different healthcare needs on the same campus. Established and supported by the Reformed Church in America, a Christian denomination, we welcome seniors 65 and over of all faiths. Our staff is committed to the compassionate care of our elders in a spiritual environment.
