Skilled Nursing & Rehab
Skilled Nursing care is suitable for those individuals who need around-the-clock assistance with the normal activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, feeding, and more intensive nursing assistance.
At Reformed Church Home, we also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Short term and long term stays are possible. For patients considering Assisted Living, we offer a smooth transition from our Skilled Nursing wings to the Assisted Living wings within the same facility.
