Skilled Nursing & Rehab

Skilled Nursing care is suitable for those individuals who need around-the-clock assistance with the normal activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and feeding as well as more intensive nursing assistance. Our residents receive healthcare from nurses who are on-site 24 hours a day as well as from visiting physicians. We offer both long term skilled nursing residency and and short term respite care options.

At Reformed Church Home, we provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Sub-acute rehab is a short term program designed to help seniors transition back to everyday life following an illness, injury, or surgery. It typically includes a combination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as skilled nursing care following a hospital stay. Seniors in need of short term sub-acute rehab are invited to contact us.
