Welcome to Reformed Church Home…

We are a mission-driven, non-profit Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Sub-Acute Rehab facility. Co-locating these services in one facility allows our residents to age in place. It also allows couples with different healthcare needs to live on the same campus. Established by the Reformed Church in America, a Christian denomination, we welcome seniors 65 years of age and older of all faiths. Our staff is committed to the compassionate care of our elders in a spiritual environment.
